Glad to see you’ve come back for a 2nd helping of the Cool Treats suite! There are so many possibilities with this stamp set and dies. Our first card uses the traditional ice cream cone and makes it pop on layered ovals and that fabulous Tasty Treats Designer Series Paper. This has got to be some of the cutest paper Stampin’ Up! has had! I will be sad to see it go.
Our final card is so fun! Can’t make up your mind between a traditional sugar cone or a waffle cone? Have them both! With sprinkles even! This card uses all the products in the suite (except maybe the Peekaboo Peach Ombre Stampin’ Pad)…Tasty Treats Washi, Tasty Treats Designer Series Paper, Tasty Treats Cardstock, stamp and dies! SWEET! 🙂
Remember, this fabulous stamp set (Cool Treats) and the dies (Frozen Treats Framelits Dies) are carrying over into the new catalog, but NOT as a bundle option. So hurry over to the retirement list and see if the bundle is still available if you want to save yourself 10%.

I scream, you scream, we all scream for…Cool Treats! It’s an ice cream fest on my blog today as we celebrate the amazing Cool Treats Suite that is part of the Occasions Catalog! The good news? This adorable stamp and matching dies are carrying over into the new catalog! Yay! The bad news? They won’t be available in a 10% discounted bundle set in the new catalog. Boo, hiss! The conclusion? Run your little fingers as fast as they can go over to the retirement list and order your bundle TODAY!
Okay, are you ready for some cards that look yummy enough to eat? Get a napkin to wipe up the drool that’s about to drip down your chin and let’s get started!
Our first card is super sweet with scoops upon scoops of ice cream. I just love the way my Inking Sunrise Design Team inked up the edges of each scoop with a different color. Those embellishment sprinkles add just the right finishing touch!
Our second card is a fun Z-fold card. It’s always nice to step away from the traditional and “shake” things up a bit. This bowl of goodness is just as yummy looking as the first one….with extra sprinkles and a cherry to boot!
All you need is a spoon and you’re all set! (And the framelits dies DO have a spoon included!)

Sadly, it’s time to shut this party down! But not before I give you one more sensational card from the Party Animal Suite. This card brings a little sophistication to the party with a hint of “wild & crazy.” It’s a beautiful shaker card.
I love how the gray and gold make it elegant looking, but the confetti embossing folder and sequins still say “let’s party!”

As we continue to celebrate with our Party Animal Suite theme this week, today we get to the part of the party where the cake comes out and you reach for the candles…oh wait, I forgot to get candles! Seriously, who does that? Me (as I hang my head in shame). But have no fear, your wonderfully crafty card-making friends are at the party and one of them made a card that literally has a candle on it! Say what?!
That’s right! Once again, a card maker SAVES THE WORLD! Or at least your party!
But next time, remember the candles so you don’t have to dismantle your friend’s beautiful card! 🙂
Where’s the money?
Our second card today brings double the happiness. The first wave of happiness comes when the recipient realizes you just made them a beautiful and fun handmade card! The “Open me already” sentiment is just too cute!
The second wave of happiness comes when they open the card and don’t find just a sweet handwritten note, but MONEY…
…or a gift card or those handmade coupons you throw together when you realize you forgot to get cash or a gift card. (Don’t do that, unless the coupon says, “I’m going to withdraw $50 from the ATM tomorrow and bring it to you, so be thinking about how you want to spend it!”)
You party animals have about partied me out, but I’ve got one more day and one more card left in me, so stayed tomorrow as we finish up our week of partying!

If you’re not a demonstrator, you might be just a little bit tired, aggravated, annoyed or all of the above at seeing new product from the new catalog popping up everywhere…And you can’t even get your hands on it until June 1st. All the teasing just isn’t right, is it? Let me help you get rid of all that frustration by inviting you to let your inner party animal loose as we continue our Party Animal Suite celebration!
The party starts with this simple, yet fun and cheery card which is just adorable. This would be a great card to mass produce and have on hand to send out to all your friends and loved ones on their birthday. You could even change the sentiment and make it for a different occasion. Trust me, they will be impressed with this sweet balloon card!

The lucky recipient of this next card is going to get an extra surprise when they open it. While the front is adorable enough with the die-cut balloons, adorable banner from the stamp set and the cute birthday hat embellishment…
…it’s the inside that just “pops!” Literally! It’s what makes this suite so fun…the pop-up balloons when you open the card!
I also love how my Inking Sunrises Design Team stamped “It’s your birthday” onto the balloon on the inside.
As mentioned earlier in the week, this suite is retiring, so get it while you can…IF you can!

It’s party time! Why, you ask? Well, because I’m blogging again…yay! I’m committing to giving you at least 4 blog posts a week (sometimes more)! So let’s start celebrating this week with the Party Animal Suite in the Occasions Catalog. It’s time we all give these adorable retiring items their time in the spotlight…before they’re gone forever (sniff, sniff).
My first card today is all about presents, because what’s a party without presents?! It’s as simple as using the Party Animal DSP (Designer Series Paper) to make the presents and then die cutting your bows with the Balloon Pop-Up Thinlits Dies. I love those bows!
Add a little Emerald Envy ribbon and a Party Animal balloon embellishment and you’ve just made someone’s birthday even more special!
